Hello!

My name is Kelly Wilterding and I am the owner and operator of The Polka Dot Cookie, a home based cottage foods bakery located in Laguna Niguel, CA.

I began my career in the financial services industry, working in Minneapolis, New York City and Chicago and eventually transitioned to full time stay at home mom when my second child was born. Once my youngest entered kindergarten in 2016 I decided to pursue my passion for decorated sugar cookies and The Polka Dot Cookie was born!  I am a self-taught cookie decorator with a love for beautiful sweet treats. I would love to help add that extra special touch to your next event!
